Go to Silvermine for a walk/hike/run and take a swim in the fresh water dam! There are various braai spots available for an afternoon braai with friends. This reserve is absolutely stunning!

The best beach in Cape Town. By far my favorite beach! It is not as touristy as the main beaches in Cape Town and it has amazing views of the sunset and Noordhoek! You can also go for long beach walks here.

If you take some of the other smaller turn offs within the reserve you will find stunning, vacant beaches. Additionally, there are various stunning hiking trails within the reserve. You will most certainly see baboons here!

Amazing hiking and running trails. If you are feeling ambitious you can go all the way to the top of the Nek to the dam at the top of the mountain for a swim.

A must see. Kalk bay was rated on of the "coolest neighborhoods in the world" by Forbes. There are various coffee shops and restaurants here worthy of checking out. Plus a trip to the harbor is recommended. There you can see the Fishermen coming in on their boats and selling fresh fish at a very reasonable price. There are also a few resident seals which hang out in the harbor:)
