Zazala beach bar at Parasporos, when the winds are moderate or strong and from the north, the waves there are strong. When the winds are low or from the south, the sea there is calm. Totally renovated bar and restaurant, 2021!

Right over the opposite side of the natural port entrance of Paros or a 5.7km drive. Beautiful place, clear water. Sunbeds/umbrella for two may start at prices higher than 20-25€ or bring your own towel and lie down!
Martselo beach free: You can try a bit further, no sunbeds, no umbrellas, bring your own or enjoy a clear beach.

Secured from northerly winds so it is ideal for the August winds. At high season periods (1-30 august) water is not clear for the first meters.

Water
Tap water is mainly non drinkable though the past 2 years there are some efforts made and a new desalination system has been installed serving our neighborhood and some places of Parikia. The storage and transport system is old and marble-built therefore some marble-deriving salts are usually present. Also, water pressure may be low during heavy usage hours. This only happens when excessive consumption is driven by tourism during high season.
