It’s family friendly, and there is an indoor basketball court, as well as big patio games to keep the little ones or playful adults occupied. One of Jacksonville’s favorite places to watch sports. The Jags owner Mr. Khan has even been here!

Very good locally sourced café, with the most expensive, yet most delicious breakfast sandwich ever! Order the “Kevin”… breakfast sandwich on sourdough, light mayo, with over-hard egg. It’s not actually a thing, but if enough guests order it this way, maybe I can convince them to put it on the menu.

You can get authentic Dole Whip here, ‘nuff said! Dairy-based soft-serve that is just dang good. A Jacksonville staple for decades. You can walk from the apartment, which will make you feel much better about your dessert choices you will undoubtedly make there.
