Spectacular Views of the Grand Harbour from the Upper Barrakka Gardens pictured. A newly installed lift takes you down to sea level, from the Upper Barakka gardens, where one can catch a gondola style little boat which takes you across the Grand Harbour and to the beautiful and historical 3 Cities opposite and across from Valletta.
