Careful planning helps~
Invariably the biggest mistake visitors to this area make is the distance between points of interest. It's a long drive from one city to another, and misguided tourists sometimes try to cram too much into one visit. Be sure to check the mileage and be careful about ending up in a remote area without adequate food, water and fuel.
