It's a beautiful hike. Rated moderate. If you are doing the loop, I recommend doing it clockwise, since it will be easier to go up on the stone stairs than coming down. The best view of the valley is on the left side trail of the loop. The right side trail is a gravel road and will end up in the beautiful lake in the photo.

Walk, Drive, or Bike
The location is central so you can pretty much walk to any place in the town within about 1/2 hour. However, the hikes and sightseeing may require you to drive or bike to the entrances.
The Roam Bus stop is also a block away from the suite and they will take you to Banff and other beautiful places around the area.
