Cafes

My favourite cafe in the neighborhood. It's cosy, affordable and the owner give a very friendly service. I like to stop by and sit with my computer. Good coffees and variety of organic teas. 😊

This is not local pastry but I truly love it. You can see how the pastry is made real time. It's a tiny bakery with a couple of seats. They make one of the most amazing breads and pastry I have ever tasted! Located in Santa Catalina

I'm a foodie person and one of favourite gastronomes is Thai food. This little restaurant is pretty authentic. Thai people are making the food. Super tasty! a bit further from my neighborhood but totally worth it. It's located in an area called Porto Pi

Getting around the island

If you are here to explore the island you will probably rent a car. You can get to a few places by bus but there are some amazing spots which are difficult to access by bus. Buses to different towns pass every hours. Interurban buses have contactless payment. But buses within Palma have not. You need to pay 2 euros for each trip or buy a 10 trip card for 10 euros. Remember to have 5 euros cash when going back to the airport, you can't pay with card.
