Pack a lunch, plan to leave early, do all your sightseeing around the park. If you don’t have dinner cooking in the crock pot to come home to, consider picking up dinner or stopping in Oakhurst on the way home.
Be sure to check the National Park website (https://www.nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/covid19.htm) for COVID-19 updates. This past season they required reservations in advance.

North Fork — Also close by (the middle of town). They offer sandwiches as well as the coffee option. Sometimes they’ll have tri-tip sandwiches. It’s one option if you are not interested in pizza.

The gasoline at Chuckchansi is VERY competitive with prices I get from Costco down the mountain. If you’re going to Oakhurst OR on your way back from Yosemite, and your taking Hwy 41 home, then be sure to gas up at Chuckchansi gasoline station.
