Excellent thin crust italian style pizza. It is a little pricey but it is in the byward market and the pizza is a generous size.

Some of the best BBQ in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. I prefer to go during slower hours (1pm-5pm) because there is limited seating space within the restaurant. Best of all, during the summer it has one of the BEST patios overlooking parliament and downtown Hull.

Getting Around Ottawa and Gatineau
Ottawa OC Transpo Buses and the OTrain can get you to most places of Ottawa without issue and run every 15 minutes (more frequent during peak hours). You also have taxi services and the availability of UBER and Lyft which are widely used throughout the city and operate 24 hours.
On the Gatineau side the STO Bus system operates until 11:30pm and reopens again at 6:00am. Gatineau does not allow UBER or Lyft so leaving from Gatineau you will have to call a taxi service. Taxi Royal is generally reliable.
