A great place to visit year round. Although, the hot springs feel better in cooler weather. It’s a great place to visit afterwards if you’ve just hiked Angel Rocks which is nearby.

This is one of our favorite hikes! Beautiful views all along the way. Enjoy a nice dip in Chena Hot Springs after your hike. The last time we hiked it it took about 3.5 hours round trip.

UAF offers a very well put together museum full of local and Alaskan history. UAF is considered the University of the Arctic. You can also enjoy great views from the museum.
