There are a bunch of delicious (and pricey) restaurants and bars in this area and along Randolph Street such as girl and the goat, Au Cheval, publican. Great for a fancy date but make sure to plan ahead/use open table or you'll be waiting on a weekend night.

Best burgers in the city. Gets crowded on weekend nights for dinner, but I would recommend doing burgers for lunch here. They have a nice patio when the weather is nice.
