Closest tram stop - no. 10 or 16 trams. Taking you either to the closest Metro at Namesti Miru or more downtown. You can buy the ticket in the nearest little corner shop, 32 Kč for transfer ticket 90 min. Or go to the metro station to have a wider selection of tickets.
