Viva Tapas is a great place for breakfast, eat or just chill-out. Great western dishes, great choice of beverages. I recommend the grilled chicken with veggies.

this big mall is super clean and modern, with different world-themed floors. you can buy a phone card near the movie center on the last floor. plenty of restaurants and shops. FUJI is my favorite:)
