It's a student residency, but it's beautifull, and the main garden is great! There's also a very good theater on the main building that has mostly contemporary theater productions.

This place hosts bars, nightclubs and restaurants. On the rooftop the Nuba, it's a lounge bar with a nice view over the Seine river. Downstair the Wanderlust nightclub it's really trendy.

It's a bar with nice music, I happen to come every now and then to their samba night, It's a chill and young place. The whole area around it is really cool, the Oberkampf region.

A really nice parc/garden that hosts a medieval castle, Château de Vincennes. Less known than Versailles, therefore less crowded. Marquis de Sade was held prisoner here
