“Call ahead and place an order for pickup or delivery at this Sunriver classic. Blondie's gets very busy during holidays and peak season, so call earlier than later to get your order in the queue. ”

“Locals call it the "V-BAG." Personally, for us, the V-bag lost a bit of its Sunriver charm with the remodel when the Village was rebuilt some years ago. The old restaurant was certainly showing its years, but the solid menu and summer outdoor concerts were something to look forward to. The V-bag still has summer concerts out back, but it lacks the ambiance locals remember. So it's time to create NEW memories. Go for the great bar area with maybe the best big screen for sports in Sunriver. The bar menu is perfect for the task at hand, enjoying the Ducks, Beavers, or whatever team you call yours. If you have kids, you won't be disappointed in the dining room - but we miss the old street signs on the wall. If it's summer and you don't take some time to sit on the V-bag's new back deck, you missed some of the best restaurant sunshine in Sunriver. ”

Golf Course
“Meadows is acclaimed architect John Fought's latest creation. The course features tremendous variety within its 18 holes, seven of which border the meandering Sun River. Fought's design pays tribute to the great American golf courses from the 1920's and 30's with its aesthetic grace, while its dramatic use of directional and fore-bunkers serve up ample challenges for golfers of all skill levels. The Meadows golf course near Bend, Oregon has played host to numerous USGA and NCAA golf championships, including the NCAA Men's Division I championship tournament. In addition to 18 exciting holes, Meadows is also home to the popular 9-hole putting course. Named one of the Top 10 Destinations for Family Golf by Golf Digest, January 2016.”
