Parque
“One of nature's wonders, it's a must see while in Colorado Springs. We highly recommend going by bike or vintage scooter as parking is a challenge during the Summer months. You can rent a low-power scooter from Vintage Scooter Adventures which is located at The Garden of the Gods Trading Post, 324 Beckers Lane, Manitou Springs, CO. Fun times, great rates, wonderful experience all around. Highly recommend!”

Playground
“Not for the faint of heart. 3.6 miles and 1,900 for elevation gain. It's a hard work out but a lot of fun if you can handle the change in elevation. Take Barr trail down the back side of the mountain, it's not nearly as steep.”

“This hike is not for the faint of heart. The Manitou Incline is a “former cablecar track, now a destination for intense hikes more than 2,000 feet uphill.” You’ll see stunning views on the way up as you look back down below. Take your time or try to go as fast as you can to get to the top, but either way, it’ll feel good after you conquer this beast of a hike!”

“There are many trails up in Cheyenne Canyon: You can start at the nature center at the base of the road and take the Columbine Trail all the way up (7.6 mi out and back), or drive up to Helen Hunt falls and take that short hike, or drive to the dirt lot at the top of the Canyon and hike the Seven Bridges Trail among many many others! Bring plenty of water and snacks and plan to carry out what you pack in. Dogs are welcome on-leash.”

“Pizza Restaurant • $$ • 4.5 star rating • 22 minute drive ——————————————————— WARNING It’s not everyone’s specialty, but this pizza is thin-crust and pizzas come in only one size. Although it’s thin, it’s packed with yummy flavors.”
