Los mejores parques en Bodega Bay

Otros lugares al aire libre
“The spectacular Sonoma Coast is virtually undeveloped due to the foresight and dedication of countless individuals over the decades. For one thing a group of people stopped a proposed nuclear power plant if the Bodega Head back in the 60s! You can still see the remnants of the initial excavation, now called the 'hole in the head.' Bring your hiking boots and hike the Kortum Trail along the coast, and check out the sheltered coves, the rugged surf, and the sea stacks.”

“Awesome tide pool beach at very low tide. Park here for hiking north or south on the epic coastal Kortum Trail. Or walk across Highway 1 to hike the Red Bluffs Trail for a super view of the coastline and Pomo Trail into a grove of Redwoods.”

“Beautiful coastal park 30 min away. During the right time of year, head over to the Bodega Head for some whale watching. Also home to many Fish and Chips joints. ”

“Grove of Old Trees is a lovely and peaceful nature preserve in Sonoma County. It has easy hikes that meander through old growth and second growth redwood trees. There are also picnic tables in a few areas. For its smaller size, it's still one of my favorite places (and usually much less crowded than Armstrong Woods).”

“The name says it all. It's a gulch that heads straight down to the beach. There's only maybe 10 parking spots and there's hardly ever more than a handful of people on the beach. Dogs allowed on the beach. A bit of an incline back out. $7 parking. There are bathrooms at the small parking lot.”

“THE surf break in Sonoma County (it's no secret). Probably the busiest beach as well, but this isn't Southern California, so you still might be one of a few people there. ”
