This elegant and cozy new condo is located in a small luxury resort with gym and swimming pool on the beach in San Pancho. It has a view of the beach/ocean and is beside the pool and hot tub. A 1 minute walk takes you to the heart of the village where there are great restaurants, street entertainment, coffee shops and stores. The condo has new modern furniture including a sectional sofa, dining table and bar. The terrace also has a large sofa and dining table with a view of the beach.
