Brand new apartment in Riem near the Messe, the metro (underground) and a big shopping center. N.B.: We have a second apartment that looks almost the same. Hello dear guests, We have a very nice apartment to rent with 3 rooms in an apartment building. The apartment is about 71 square meter big and can accomodate up to 8 people. This spacious light flooded apartment is modern, has good facilities and is completely furnisched. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a small freezer, a cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maschine and a dishwascher. The bathroom has a bathtub. In the living room is a 40" Samsung LED TV. The apartment has 2 sleeping rooms with each one a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 2 sleep sofas in the living room (170 x 200 cm). Bed linen and towels can be changed on request. The apartment can be cleaned during the visit on request. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. The main entrance to west Exhibition Center is only a few minutes walk (about 300 meters). The shopping center "Riem Arcaden" and the metro "U2 Messestadt Ouest" is about 100 to 150 meters from the apartment. With the metro, you can reach the center of Munich in less than 20 minutes. In the shopping center, you will find several restaurants, cafés and many stores. We are pleased to answer your questions. The 140qm apartment is converted into a loft, featuring a light-filled spacious room with an integrated open kitchen and a cozy dining area with a corner bench and a large table. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

Super Anbindung über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Nächste U und S-Bahn-Station ist ledglich 200m entfernt, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig mit Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Hochwertig, gut ausgestattete Einrichtung. WLAN vorhanden.

Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.
