Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

A Balaton partjától- a platánfás szabadstrandtól 300 méterre található az apartmanunk. Biztosítunk vendégeink számára zárt, -kamerával őrzött parkolót, ingyenes wifi-t, kerékpárokat, napozóágyakat, strandjátékokat (tollas-labda, vizi-játékok), és van grillezési lehetőség. Ingyenes transzfer a balatonboglári állomásról, érkezéskor és távozáskor. Boltok, éttermek 1 km-en belül.A lakàs egy főút mellett található ezért előfordulhat hogy a forgalomból szàrmazó zajok nyitott ablaknàl zavaró lehet.

Where should we start… With the deer in front of the Blue House? With the Rose Garden? Or the breath- taking view of the Lake? We are offering two buildings, with 5bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchen and two private terraces in a 6,000 m2 rural garden with fruit and nut trees, rose and grape pergolas with amazing view of the Balaton, 20minutes on foot from the lake on top of a mountain. You need a car if you are not a hiker. We have mobile ACs in some of the rooms- they are not always silent.

There is an easement road through the plot, which is rarely used by the owner due to his residence abroad. The house has a 1800 sqm grassed plot, which provides free parking for our guests. Egy háborítatlan kicsi birtokon áll a Kalácsház. Ideális hely elvonulni és pihenni egy kicsit kettesben. Este pedig a csillagok alatt is fürdőzhettek a kültéri dézsában. Dörgicse egy csendes kis gyöngyszeme a Balaton-felvidéknek, különleges éttermek, Balaton parti programok és a közelben egy old timer múzeum is helyet kapott. A házban légkondícionáló biztosítja a meleget télen, és a hűtést nyáron. Egy forró lazító fürdő a kirándulás után ideális a kétszemélyes kádban.
