The Summerhouse has a private entrance with magnificent views over the country side from the floor to ceiling windows, yet only 20 miles from London. Open plan living with sleeping arrangements on the mezzanine and ground floor sofa bed. WiFi (75Mb fibre) and secure parking (24/7 outdoor CCTV) is free. Private terrace on the back.

The Annexe: a contemporary space in leafy Surrey.

The Annexe is a spacious studio with private entrance and outside decking area to enjoy a drink. King size bed, with desk/dressing table, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave, wi-fi, TV (SKY) and sofa area. Contemporary en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Set in the lovely village of Old Oxted. Only a 1 -5 minute walk from 3 great pubs all serving good food and with nice atmosphere. Approx. a 15 minute walk from Oxted station which takes 40 minutes into central London.

Luxury Garden Lodge

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Check-in anytime after 3pm. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. The annex is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meter with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, next to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are only 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead, unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.

You'll be close to Reigate station with regular trains into London (45 mins), Gatwick Airport (20 mins) and the South Coast (Brighton 60 mins). The M25 (J8) is just a mile away.

A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being a short taxi and train journey away. You could even walk there from the house (about 30 minutes). Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance.

Situated close to Effingham Park, the cabin is in a private residence on a private residential estate surrounded by woodland. This detached, self contained Annexe is a stand alone cabin adjacent to our Cottage. There is a secure private entrance & ample parking. There are local Pubs/restaurants and other amenities nearby.
