We are 20 min by car to Bellevue and 30 min to Seattle with convenient proximity to World Cup 2026 games. Also 30 min to Redmond & Snoqualmie Pass and 40 min to Sea-Tac airport. There is a park by a small lake adjacent to our property with a path that goes between the lake and the river with lots of river access. Hiking trails are all around within walking and short driving distances. Shared bathroom/shower outdoors/enclosed. NO DOGS, no children Note: Wifi is weak here in the woods.
