Blackwood is a luxurious and spacious two-bedroom black charred timber tiny home situated on over 50acres of farmland with horses and grazing cattle, nestled in the hinterland of Byron Bay. Set in an idyllic location with Bangalow only a five minute drive and the picturesque beaches of Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina only ten minutes away. A short stroll will take you to the historic Newrybar village with shops to browse, enjoy a coffee or dine at the renowned Harvest Restaurant and Deli.

Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. BYO SHEETS, PILLOWCASES & TOWELS Unwind at this private hidden gem where relaxation and rejuvenation come first. Time stands still, offering an endless escape. And for those who love to fish, you can launch your boat right from the front yard. Dogs are welcome but guests are responsible for cleaning up excessive shedding. Dogs not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found in any of these places. Also no chasing of the wild life.

Our friendly managers Jan and Steve and their little dog Charlie live on site. This comfortable apartment on ground floor has great ocean views from the bedroom. Pets are very welcome we just ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates. All of the shared outdoor areas including the firepit, overlook the ocean.
