This apartment has one queen bed and also a queen air mattress if needed. A full bath with shower, and kitchen. This is on a working horse/cow ranch and we do have stalls for boarding. We have dogs, chickens, peacocks, horses, and cows. Enjoy the view of our peacocks outside the patio door for a unique experience. Private entrance with keypad entry. Near Lake Ray Roberts, LBJ Grasslands, and Trophy Club trailheads and several others. There will be farm noise, but typically very peaceful.

Our place has been designed to give our guests a cozy, peaceful and fun stay. It is 2 minutes from the exit to I-35, 3 minutes (1 mile) from UNT & 7 minutes from Denton Downtown. There is a large backyard. The kitchen has oil, sugar, salt, pepper and more than 25 types of spices, pots n pans - for our guests who like to cook. There are games for families and Netflix on the TV. Guests have access to washer & dryer as well. We try our best to ensure that our guests have a lovely stay!

Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish studio. Located off of Interstate 35, this is a prime location for taking a quick trip down to Dallas or to the UNT college campus. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Our guest house is in the heart of Denton, a block east of the Bell Avenue Historic District, with all the amenities to make your time in Denton relaxing and meaningful. If you like it quiet, peaceful, and relaxing this is the place for you! our cozy cottage is 2B, 1B. It has a partially wrapped around porch to take in the country views. There is a wonderful slipper cast iron soaker tub that is meticulously cleaned between each guest. Close to Robson Ranch, Harvest, Pecon Square, Texas motor speedway, and the Tanger outlets.
