Boasting its rich heritage, The Glavine house is located in Fortune Harbour, NL. The heritage is evident throughout the house. Dated back to the 1800’s, the house has been restored to its original structure, with the added touch of modern life amenities! The upstairs boast 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds and a half bathroom. The downstairs includes a full kitchen and living area, laundry facilities and a full bathroom with a standup shower. Mini split heat pump to cool off- or warm up.

Beautiful antique furniture in some of the rooms. This home is located in a "hobby farm". This is also a home to 2 cows, a pig, baby chicks and laying hens. Small non-shedding pets permitted.
