There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Willow Springs Cabin is a 960 sqft cabin on three acres of wooded land. Purposefully designed with couples in mind to relax, reconnect and make new discoveries. Wind down with a glass of wine next to the fire pit & enjoy the sunset over the lake. We can't wait to host you! Note: The house does NOT have direct lake access.

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Welcome to your home away from home! Come and enjoy the perfect get away from city life. Lavender cabin is one of 3 homes in an 11 acre property. Property also has multiple picnic tables, hammocks, fire pits and gills to enjoy together as a group with the guests staying in the other 2 homes or individually. Its the perfect get away to enjoy the peace and quiet of country living and only a few minutes from Lake Livingston !

Rooster's Place

Far enough away from the city for a little peace and quiet. This bnb is nestled off the main road but not to far away from everything. It's atop the work shop of Levi Sims which allows a great view from the balcony. It sits on several acres of pasture and wood lands. Great for watching deer and the cattle that are in the pastures. We are looking forward to sharing this clean, comfortable space with our guest.

Secluded 33 Acres, Private Pond and Trails

Enjoy private use of 33 acres surrounding a secluded pond near Lake Livingston. From the hilltop porch enjoy the view of the valley flowing into the pond, wander trails through the woods, sunbathe on the dock, quietly paddle the water, or simply settle in with a book by the fire pit.
