El apartamento está disponible para 2 adultos con la posibilidad de agregar un sofá cama para 2 niños menores de 12 años. En el gran patio al aire libre encontrarás una piscina de agua salada con una zona de relajación en una terraza panorámica con vista al castillo y a los viñedos con atardeceres incomparables.

The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

The little house in the garden

It is a little house with two rooms: a living room with the kitchen and a double bed sleeping couch and a double bedroom; there is the bathroom with the shower and a bidet. The kitchen has a gas stove, an oven, the dishwasher, fridge and freezer. We have a TV with satellite reception, a wi- fi, heating and air-conditioning; the huge garden surrounds the house, one can use the beach loungers and the barbeque. There is a private parking space.
