Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer and coffee. The mountain tap water is great to drink. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a Fire TV set up for streaming shows. Another Fire TV is in the bedroom. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Only you will be in the Apt and is upstairs, with balcony, Laundry room downstairs, has Fiber Optic cable and smart TV, yard: gas BBQ and gated parking. A shared public 2,000 sqft game room with half bath, music, TV, games:, foosball, ping pong, corn hole darts. Pet charge is a one time fee of $35/pet for cleaning, with a 2 pet max. We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. This cabin has all the comforts of home. Located in a community built by the railroad in the early 1900's. next to the historic Paxton Lodge. Gold, Trains, Ghosts and Rock'n'Roll A short walk to the Feather River and the best sand beach on the river! Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all available in the area. Hiking, horseback riding, off road trails for hundreds of miles.
