My Beautiful House is located in the heart of the historic district of Micanopy, Florida. Relaxing is a breeze in this wonderful home. Two large bedrooms and two equally spacious living areas are furnished with comfort in mind. There are two televisions with Directv service and free WiFi. The large backyard has lots of space and privacy! Established in 1821, Micanopy is the oldest inland town and the town that time forgot. Convenient to both Gainesville and Ocala via I-75 and SR 441.

The ground level condo is a two bedroom/1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a walk in closet, queen bed, chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and dishes. High Speed internet and cable are included. Sleeps 4 comfortably- No Dogs are allowed in the complex.

The kitchen is totally modernized with a large refrigerator, oven/range, and dishwasher.

Enjoy this gorgeous gated 1 bedroom condo located near I-75 and minutes away great shops and restaurants. Whether you're in town visiting Gainesville, at the University of Florida for an event, or on a clinical rotation, this place is in a great location. Enjoy spacious living areas, Wifi, TV, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, seated outdoor patio, and access to neighborhood amenities which includes basketball court, tennis court, and pool.

Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.
