A sweet, bright 1-room apartment to feel good in! Quiet & very green, despite being located in the middle of the lively & lovelyPrenzlauer Berg with many cafés, restaurants, small designer shops. In 8 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz - the centre of East Berlin. Perfect for couples, also with child, cot and high chair are available. Cleanliness is very important to me, so we clean carefully after every guest. The apartment is part of my flat with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen area :)

Der Steinmetzhof, ein idyllischer Gewerbehof mit Künstler- Bildhauer- und Desingateliers, sowie einen kleinen Veranstaltungsort für experimentelle Musik und Jazzsessions, ist Teil eines Gewerbeareals, Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts erbaut, mit ebenerdigen Gewerbehallen aus Backstein und einem 2-stöckigen Backstein-Kopfbau, der zugleich die Ferienwohnung beherbergt.

My apartment (~65 sqm) is located right next to the largest science theater in Europe. The area you will be staying in (Prenzlauer Berg) is one of the nicest and safest in Berlin. Because of the central location and excellent access to public transportation you can get to any corner of the city quickly and easily from here. So if you don't mind climbing the stairs to my rooftop (5th floor - no elevator), you will find everything you need for a quiet, discreet and enjoyable stay.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Small and delicious restaurants, shops for daily needs, a charming little cinema right at the front door. A direct tram connection to vibrant Prenzlauer Berg (5 stops), the S-Bahn ring (3 stops) and Alexanderplatz (8 stops) is located nearby. The green space around the lake Weisser See lies within walking distance. Weißensee is about 20 minutes from the center.

Unser 50qm großes Apartment (renoviert im November 2017) ist absolut zentral gelegen aber dennoch ruhig. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des 1. Hinterhauses im Herzen vom Prenzlauer Berg, direkt am beliebten Helmholtzplatz. Der Zugang zum 2. Hinterhof mit Terrasse bietet einen ruhigen Rückzugsort - mitten in Berlin! Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und hat einen Anschluss zu einem kleinen Garten mit einer schönen Terrasse für entspannte Stunden.

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. Cosy bright and new renovated 1-Room Apartment with Balcony and separate Kitchen at Bötzow Viertel only 15 Min. from Alexanderplatz. Tram Stations with great connection, Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and Boutiques in walking distance around the corner. You will find a new large Rewe Supermarket in the Building next to my apartment which is open till 10 pm.
