Between the lengthy enclosed patio at the front and the recently painted deck in the back, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors in comfort at our family cottage. Access to the property requires daily Chautauqua passes. Sunny Disposition is a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage, sleeping up to 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 14 guests with an additional rental fee. From the deck on the water, you will have breath taking views of Lake Erie and the Islands. The numerous beaches up and down the coast will provide hours of water fun. The cottage comes fully furnished, including linens and beach towels, for a worry free vacation. Enjoy a barbecue on the deck, while you watch boats come in and out of the harbor.

The Love Shack (by the track) is a little old place where you can get together! Vibrant, bright and cozy, it is the perfect place for your romantic or couples getaway. (Great spot for fishermen with ample off street boat parking!) Whether you are looking for island life, nightlife, beach life… or just to enjoy life, it will fit your needs. Barney’s Shack @ the Bay - Cottage with a View

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy your morning coffee on the upper deck as you watch the sun come up over the Sandusky bay. You are within walking distance to a restaurants, a bait-shop, and fishing pier. A marina with boat ramp and boat rental is nearby. Easy access to Sandusky bay and Lake Erie to enjoy a day on the water. There are many activities nearby to enjoy. Spend the day Island hopping or roller coaster riding. Return home to relax on the deck.

Cottage No. 6 ☼

Cottage No.6 underwent a complete remodel in 2021 and is situated in a residential neighborhood near Perry's Monument and a short walk to downtown. There are 2 patios out back. Grill some burgers on the gas grill followed by a relaxing evening on the concrete patio around the fire ring in the back yard . The front porch is screened in and a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of island made wine. There is parking for one vehicle, but could possibly accommodate more, just ask.

Cozy Lake Cottage 5 min walk to the BEACH

As comfortable as it is beautiful, our renovated lake house is ready for you to enjoy all that the Port Clinton area has to offer. Spend the day at the beach, island hopping via the Jett Express, wine tasting in Catawba or adrenaline seeking at Cedar Point. Come home and cook in our fully equipped kitchen or throw your catch of the day on the grill and enjoy the backyard. Not into cooking? We're just a mile from the downtown restaurants and bars!
