The area has a big choice of excellent taverns, mini market and bakery, a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Kambones 1615 is a lovingly restored historic home which has been in our family for centuries. Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves .
