Beach is 500 meters away 6 minutes on foot. The nearest small market is 400 meters away and the big market is 600 meters from us. Apartman veličine 45m2 na 50m od mora u samom centru Vrsara, gosti imaju i besplatan parking za auto te privatnu terasu na korištenje. Apartman je moderno renoviran 2020. godine te je opremljen svim potrebnim sadržajem za savršen ljetni odmor. Nekoliko minuta pješke nalazi se plaža, marina, pekara, trgovina, autobusna stanica, restorani i slični sadržaji. U istoj kući imamo još jedan apartman za 4 osobe, također na novo renoviran te tako možemo primiti 8 osoba sve ukupno

Quiet and sweet house Vrsar (garden +parking)

Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

Villa Rotonda

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

House has private parking, private pool, garden surounded with fence, outdoor grill, outdoor dining table. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms,Sat-TV, Playstation, wi-fi, air condition in every room,... Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.
