Es handelt sich um meine private Wohnung, die ich selbst nur selten nutze – umso mehr freue ich mich, sie mit Gästen zu teilen. Für mich bedeutet jeder Aufenthalt hier eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag. Die Erdgeschosswohnung verfügt über eine gemütliche, überdachte Terrasse, die zum Entspannen und Genießen einlädt.

Lou's Apartment

Die modere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit ca. 70qm für 2 bis 6 Personen liegt knapp oberhalb des Ortsgebietes und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und das Dorf. Das Haus in welchem sich die Wohnung befindet sich am Waldrand und lädt von dort zu einer direkten Wanderung oder Radtour in die Berge ein. Das Ortszentrum, sowie das nahe gelegene Schwimmbad und die Bergbahnen sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Studio in the village Habichen (Oetz) has good location near the bus stop, but in the same time next to kids playground and a forest. Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment.
