Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

Our beautiful tiny houses, in our garden, king size bed, bath, charcoal grill, outside wood stove with cooking area . big farm, garden, hikes, , bluegrass music sometimes, 2.5 miles from Burgess Falls, 12 min to Walmart. Also see Red Mule Lodge next door, a little bigger with a big screened porch. Ponies, dogs, music. king size bed plus one single size bed.

We are located just 15 minutes from the charming small town of Cookeville, TN. We are also near beautiful natural attractions, such as waterfalls and lakes. Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.

The cabin is a wonderful place for a family retreat or couples getaway! It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The Cabin is nestled by a shallow creek and faces 25 wooded acres that are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.
