It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The apartment has all facilities and there is also a nice terrace with a wide view over the village. Welcome to Koerhuys Alkmaar! A one-of-a-kind 16th century courtyard house located at the old city center. Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

Stolpboerderij Het Span: een heerlijk appartement!

Op Het Span is het heerlijk! Je kijkt over de landerijen naar de duinen en de molen. Je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats en een eigen tuin. We hebben er alles aan gedaan om het uitzicht op de zonsondergang zoveel mogelijk te houden. Het appartement is geschikt voor vier personen en we vinden het leuk als je met kinderen komt. Die vinden het vast heerlijk om in de bedstee te slapen en in het speelhuisje te spelen.

Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
