There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Perfect for families or couples on game days or cultural events at UGA. Stay in our well stocked and secluded cottage surrounded by serene farm land. This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

Guests enjoy a spacious craftsman-style suite complete with full private bath (double shower+ tub!), mini-kitchenette, sofa, 24 hour self check-in via combo lock, wrap around porch and private entrance. Conveniently located 3 miles from downtown Athens and all of the wonderful night spots and restaurants, the Classic City Convention Center activities, and all the goings on at the University of Georgia. 1 mile to the nearest grocery store. Not suitable for smoking, pets, and children under 13.

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

Oconee County is the "ArtLand of Georgia." We are centrally located for OCAF events, arts and crafts, and antiques, a bicycler's paradise. 10 minute drive to Athens/UGA, 40 minutes to Lake Oconee.
