You'll have off-street parking spot on a mulch pad next to our driveway in front of the main house. With 3 major hospitals nearby, it’s also ideal for medical professionals.

The one bedroom two bathroom with deck resort condominium has the upscale designer features of the one bedroom, but includes an amazing second or third floor deck. This condominium accommodates up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed. The living area is spacious with seating and a desk working area. The designer sofa is also a fold out sleep sofa with no springs, no bars and all comfort. The dining area and full kitchen include stainless steel appliances and granite counters.

Portland Texas is a few minute drive to shopping including a new family venue 5th & Elm great for families. Outdoor play and live music.
