The apartment is within 50m of the closest shuttle stop and only about 8 minutes walk from the base of the Ace Family Chair and the Seicomart Convenience Store.

The Sekka Ni 1 studio apartment is part of the three-unit Sekka Ni building in Hirafu Village, Niseko. The studio is close to restaurants and bars and accessible to year-round outdoor activities. Compact and well-equipped, the studio includes a queen-size bed, screened kitchenette, dining area, large bathroom and dry room. Ski slope shuttle services to Annapuri, Hirafu and Hanazono are available from 8am to 10:00am and from 2:00pm to 3:30pm, during the winter season.
