Little House on Dawson

This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

The Bond Store, Newcastle, a spacious 160 square metres of architect designed warehouse apartment in the heritage listed 1895 Cohen Bond Store. Opening straight onto the Foreshore Park, grab the picnic basket and explore the park, Newcastle Beach, the Ocean Baths, Nobby’s Beach or enjoy the edgiest bars, cafes, pubs all in close strolling distance. Stunning designer furniture, original artwork (available for purchase) and a seriously well equipped kitchen completes the perfect stay.

Light, air conditioned and tranquil garden studio

Our studio is light filled, high ceilinged, spacious and tranquil overlooking a beautiful garden and comprises a living area, loft bedroom (accessible by ladder) and private use bathroom. The bed is queen sized, and has natural fibre quality bedding. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you need for preparing simple meals. A comfortable sofa bed is available on the ground level ($50 washing fee payable if both beds used). Simple items are supplied including tea and coffee.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property.
