The living room is equipped with a SAT-TV and a stereo system. The kitchen features a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. Die Dachgeschoßwohnung hat 2 Zimmer und ein Bad. Durchgang durch Korridor 1.Stock. Einrichtung siehe Fotos. Waschmaschine im Bad 1.Stock kann mitgenutzt werden. Mein Haus liegt am Rande eines Dorfes mit Blick in die schöne, sehr nahe Natur. Oberbibrach liegt 25 km südlich von Bayreuth (Richard Wagner Festspiele, Universität, Bierstadt, viel Kultur, Lohengrintherme), 80 km östlich von Nürnberg, 30 km westlich vom Fichtelgebirge, 50 km westlich der tschechischen Grenze.
