A 100% completely private villa located in the middle of nature, with a spacious deck surrounding a 5 person hot tub with a gorgeous view of a cactus fence in the background, locally known as a “Trankera”. Sip your cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy of a relaxing afternoon with a beautiful sunset laying in a hammock on the deck while grilling on the BBQ grill. Lounge in the cozy little garden and get a nice tan.

A cozy private wooden house located near JOYUDA BEACH CABO ROJO surrounded by nature and banana trees. Totally equipped with two bedrooms with AC, one bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room. Private entrance. Safe parking outside in front of the house and on the side of a wide secondary street. Accesible to spectacular landscapes such as: El Faro, remote beaches and a variety of cycling and hiking routes. Near restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals and supermarkets.

It's a small practical and humble kinda old little house with wooden ceilings, like a cabin and everything you need therefore you will feel at home. Beaches like Boqueron, Buye, Combate, La Playuela ("Playa Sucia") & Joyudas are a 10 to 25 minutes drive. My place is in front of one of the towns main roads, close to the Townsquare & it's minutes away from restaurants, Mayagüez Mall, a Movie Theater & more! Ideal for couples, small family or close friends.
