The Guesthouse is on a quiet street surrounded by decorative trees on 1/2 acre. There is a private entrance to the second floor space. This is a brand new building with hardwood floors, a full kitchen, double shower, and washer and dryer. The bedroom has a cal king Tempurpedic bed. There is also a large, southern facing deck to enjoy the sun and views of the apple trees and extensive landscaping. The Guesthouse offers private, quiet accommodations in a clean, modern space.

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, with handcrafted touches throughout. It is in a beautiful, rural setting with an easy 10-15 minute drive to both downtown Eureka and downtown Arcata. The cottage is on a 4-acre property nestled up against a small redwood grove, allowing for plenty of privacy for guests who are looking for a secluded getaway. My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.
