Chalet Lake House on Eufaula Lake

Our lake house is located on a corner lot in a neighborhood setting. It is a three bedroom one bath home that is completely remodeled. The lower basement makes the house sit high off the ground which makes the home feel as though you are in a tree house. There are 35 mature trees on the property. The 2nd floor entrance to the home is accessible via a gently sloped ramp on the side of the house. The front and side of this home has a large elevated deck that is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Centrally located to all of Lake Eufaula's amenities, this home makes for a perfect getaway location for family and friends that want convenience. Although not a lakefront property there is a boat ramp, Eufaula Cove, Xtreme Marina, Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park, grocery stores, and restaurants/bars are all within a 5 minute drive and also within walking distance. Holidays in the Hot Tub

Tucked away in Paradise Hill on a secluded, wooded lot, we completely renovated our home in 2026. It has a peekaboo view of Lake Tenkiller from the new hot tub. It's a 6 minute drive to Strayhorn Marina, an 18 minute drive to Burnt Cabin Marina, and less than a mile to Soda Steve’s. Also, about 35 minutes from river floats. Relax inside with family board games, cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or just unwind in front of the Roku TV with 1 gig internet speed.
