Charming, updated 1940s cottage located in Murrells Inlet Proper. This absolutely darling two-bedroom bungalow is located about a mile south of the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, which is lined with restaurants, live music, local artisans, boat rentals, fishing tours and more. The closest beach access is about 3 miles away, Huntington Beach State Park, which we provide a pass for that allows admission for one vehicle and its occupants. Garden City Beach Pier and public beach access, 4 miles away.

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

It’s all about the location! Exquisite view of beach and pool. "The Beach House Complex" is a step above the others. With expansive composite decking/seating area and huge inground pool for all to enjoy. Unit 204 was completely remodeled in 2023!!! Welcome to “Our Perfect Little Place” to take in all Pawleys Island and The Grand Strand has to offer! Our Place consists of a large King bedroom, living room with pull out queen bed, butler’s nook and private patio. You are also have access to a shared foyer, front patio and community pool. We are located near multiple golf courses, amazing restaurants, the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, historic Georgetown & only a mile from the beautiful beaches of Pawleys Island!

The Salty Barn by the Marshwalk

The Salty Barn is tiny and anything but ordinary. It’s within walking distance to the Marshwalk, with plenty of dining options and fresh seafood. The comfy sofa pulls out into a double bed, or, if you’re brave, you can climb the stairs up to the loft, which has a queen mattress. Relax inside with views of the greenery outside, or pull up an Adirondack chair and relax outside by the Chiminea. This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with plenty to do nearby.

Our condo is located in the heart of Garden City and just a short walk to the pier with fishing and local cafe’s to energize for the day. This newly decorated condo will sleep four adults and 2 children with a fully stocked kitchen for all of your dining needs.

Newly remodeled spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in the classic Litchfield Country Club, just 5 minutes from Litchfield beach. The house includes a large kitchen that has everything you would need to cook a family meal. There is an enormous 2 car garage with a washer and dryer. Also included is 4 beach bike cruisers which can be used to ride to Litchfield beach. The beds are new and comfortable. Restaurants, golf, and grocery stores are close by.
