Farmhouse Retreat

Need a break from the busyness? Just driving through? Coming in to town to see family or friends? Want a weekend getaway? Come stay in a relaxing and well furnished farmhouse located on 40 acres in the hills of Arcadia, OK. The property features over a mile of wooded walking trails, a three acre pond, family friendly farm animals including everyone's favorite, Kenny the Clydesdale, a scenic back porch and more. The property and farmhouse is family friendly and accommodates up to six guests.

Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

Clean and Cozy Craftsman Style Bungalow

This bungalow is located one mile from downtown Guthrie, where guests can enjoy shops, the Pollard Theater, and restaurants. It has new furnishings, including amenities such as a washer-dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, cooking necessities, a large backyard, and parking on the premises. It has a great front porch area with a swing and seating where guests can relax and enjoy the small-town nostalgia of Guthrie. Guests enjoy the character of our historic home with all the modern amenities.

Cabin 64 offers highway access and is located 17 miles from OSU with convenient access to all major highways. 1.3 miles to Wild Cat Ranch. OSU game day, hunting trip, off road adventures, music festivals this is the place you need to be. Trailer and RV friendly.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
