Spectacular sea views in quaint Kalk Bay

The sea views from our airbnb suite (2 bedrooms and a lounge) are fabulous. Behind us is the mountain reserve and in front lies the wide expanse of False Bay. Down below on the rocks is a natural tidal pool, safe for swimming. We are close to Kalk Bay fishing harbour, the quaint Kalk Bay village, several other tidal pools (perfect for cold swimmers!) and Fishhoek & Muizenberg beaches. We have newly renovated and enlarged our Airbnb space which is now separate from our living space and private.

This little studio apartment is in a beautiful garden setting on the lower mountain slopes of Muizenberg. It has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and small kitchen with a one-plate conduction stove, and other essentials. The Muizenberg surfing beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Beautiful coastal and mountain walks are easily accessible, as are local shops, restaurants and cafes. The popular Bluebird neighbourhood market is a great place to sample locally made food, beers and wine on a Friday.

It’s a short walk (6 min) to Surfer’s Corner - the bustling beachfront where you can surf or have surfing lessons and enjoy one of a number of excellent restaurants; And, literally just down our road, you’ll find Joon our favourite restaurant and coffee shop, and quirky stores. Sleeping arrangements are super spacious so you can stretch out and relax. There is an off street secure parking bay.

My comfortable, tastefully-decorated & well-equipped apartment is located in a beach-front building at Muizenberg's famous Surfer's Corner. The building has excellent security; including finger-print access control and 24-hour concierges at the front entrance. There is a free private parking bay in the basement. The WiFi router has a dedicated UPS - so the WiFi works even when the electricity is off. Please note that the apartment does not have a sea view.

You have the beach across from you! Enjoy food and drinks at the many cool restaurants right on your doorstep, or just enjoy a walk and marvel at the incredible views. Close to vintage shops in Kalk Bay, penguins at Boulders Beach, Cape Point and Wine farms in Constantia.

This is a light one bedroom, self catering garden cottage on a property run by a couple of marine biologists. We are situated 200m from the Muizenberg beach and close to the Muizenberg Vlei - perfect for walking and surfing and just 5 to 10 minutes walk from the popular surfers corner or Muizenberg village. The cottage is at the rear of the property and has its own outdoor seating area and access to shared pool and braai facilities.
