It is a 5-minute walk to the beach (or longer if in holiday mode). Want a barista coffee? Grab one on your way past from one of the local beachfront cafes. Sunshine Coast Airport is a 5-minute drive - the easiest airport commute you will ever do! For longer stays there is a washing machine & dryer and full kitchen.

Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.
