There are expansive views of Lake Wabasis, a sandy beach, and a secluded & verdant backyard with an adjacent vernal pond that's filled with wildlife and enchanting forrest sounds.

The kitchen is equipped (no dishwasher). Dining room seats 6. Living room with Roku TV and Wi-Fi. Bring your jet skis, boat, and fishing equipment. Public boat launch 2 miles & a large park nearby. Has heater, electric, hot water, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee, microwave, pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, bedding, full bath, towels, toiletries, sheets, row & paddle boat. There is air conditioning but fridge etc. can’t be used at same time so people use it at night & unplug everything. Food stays cold. It's secluded yet 40 minutes to Grand Rapids. Meijer, Walmart are 15 min.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this cozy waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. There are 2 bedrooms, front deck, side patio, bonfire pit w/benches & gas BBQ grill. Swan cottage also includes an 18' pontoon w/60 hp motor, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock from early May - late October (weather permitting). The cottage is dog friendly, however, yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable & doggie life vests.

This charming get away offers stunning lake views from all three floors. There are five bedrooms that include 3 king size beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 single beds. The two single beds are in a loft style room that is open without clothes closets. There are luggage racks only. Two bed rooms with private ensuites.
