399 (acres) Sunshine Ranch is a northern New Mexico legacy property north of the town of Questa. The ranch is an end of the road property featuring two year-round live creeks. Latir creek has native brown trout, meanders one mile through property. The property borders Carson National Forest on its entire eastern side. Endless hiking trails. Elk, bear, mountain lion, and deer aplenty. Strong internet. Very secluded and hunting allowed (deer) with proper permits and permission. SECLUDED & TRANQUIL

Brookie on the Conejos

Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River with everything you could need for your stay. In addition we have a beautiful pond stocked with trout. Catch and release barbless hook fly fishing is available by reservation on our river or pond separate from booking the cabin for an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE FISHING IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED. Also please note, we do allow dogs, however we charge a $50 pet fee. Please message us for availability. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway with us!

We offer a great cabin, a stones thrown from the river on our elk ranch. Our all-season cabin can accommodate couples, or groups up to 6, and serve as a home base or launching spot for the areas countless activities. We also offer fly fishing access, if available with a rod fee, this is seperate from cabin, and must be booked in advance. We charge a $100 per pet fee.
